John & Julie welcome you to the Exton House (formerly Exton Hotel), located in a quiet tree lined road yet just a short walk to the town centre, seafront and Riviera Centre.

We have been rated 4 star guest accommodation by the English Tourist Board and we pride ourselves on our high standard of cleanliness, attention to detail and hospitality. Here we offer stylish well equipped double and family en-suite rooms which are tastefully decorated and furnished, with freeview TV and free Wi-Fi, complimentary beverage tray etc.

A hearty breakfast of cereals, fruit, yoghurts and of course our Full English or something a little lighter from the cooked menu is all included in the price! We can cater for vegetarians or other special dietary requirements with prior notice.

Our three course evening meals are freshly prepared using local ingredients (where possible), please inform us if evening meals are required when booking.

Our residents bar offers a range of reasonably priced beers, spirits, wines and soft drinks, relax in the lounge with a book or surf the web, check your emails on our guest computer at no extra cost.

We have a car park at the back of the guest house, if you are using public transport please inform us as we can offer a courtesy pick up from Torquay Rail/Coach Station.
